Getting Started

The process begins with your contact. Please fill out a contact form.  ​We will respond within 48 business hours. We will discuss which service package best fits your needs as well as your projected number of guests.  An initial quote and save the date form will then be sent to you. Once we receive a signed save the date and deposit your date will be secured. ​

​Follow-up

 Six weeks before your event we will set a date and time to connect to discuss expectations, solidify your choice of service package and talk about your plans for dinner service. 

​Three weeks prior to your event we will reach out to you for a final count including any changes or additions. ​

Final Bill

​ Two weeks before your event date a final bill will be sent reflecting your final count and including any changes or additions made. Payment is expected one week prior to your wedding.

​Delivery

Delivery is included in package pricing for clients within the service area (one hour from Traverse City). ​

Set-up

Set-up is also included in package pricing. Set-up time depends on how many guests we are preparing for. For most events it's 2-3 hours. ​

Dinner

During dinner our team will sweep the room removing all dirty dinnerware, stemware and silverware. ​

Clean-up

Once the dinnerware leaves the floor we rinse, rack and load them to be washed offsite. ​
